ESO Artisanal Pasta is a pasta shop located in Morristown, New Jersey specializing in fresh pastas and sauces sold with instructions for customers to prepare at home. AJ Sankofa, pictured on the left is the Executive Chef, Joel Camarillo-Diaz pictured in the middle is the General Manager, and Isaiah Findley-Pinnock pictured on the right is the Operations Manager. All three of the owners graduated from Morristown High School and would go on to work at Chris Cannons Jockey Hollow Bar and Kitchen for several years. It was within the wondrous walls of the Vail Mansion that the seeds for ESO were planted.
