Erica is your quintessential Jersey girl. She was born and raised in Cranford NJ, and has resided in Morristown and the tiny town of Mount Tabor over the last decade with her husband Jeremy and two daughters Scarlette and Savannah. Erica is a jack of all trades! When she’s not selling real estate, you’ll find her at the local Lowes or Home Depot in the lumber department planning her next DIY home project. Her grandfather was a skilled carpenter and she thinks she may have picked up this trait from him. She graduated from Kean University with a bachelor's degree in Finance, while working full time in consumer Banking as a manager and supervisor. Erica has been able to utilize that experience to help buyers understand the importance of figuring out a budget before starting their home search and getting pre-approved with a trusted lender. As an investor herself, she understands what her clients are looking for when it comes to income properties and fix and flip homes. She is passionate about architecture, the Victorian era in particular, has a passion for history and has become extremely knowledgeable in selling homes that date back over 100 years.
